The presentation will cover the proposed 2007 amendments (still yet to be finalized), current compliance deadlines, various guidance materials, tools and information available to the regulated community, and answer any questions about the rule, EPA Policy and compliance issues. The presentation will also include a discussion on the role of the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) and the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA).

DOT / IATA 8-Hour Training:
49 CFR 172.704 & IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations [Subsection 1.5]

This 8-hour DOT/IATA training is designed to satisfy the training requirements of the Department of Transportation's Hazardous Materials Regulations found in 49 CFR 172.704, and the training requirements for Shippers & Packers of Dangerous Goods as found in Subsection 1.5 of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
